Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:<ul><li>Safely operating company vehicles, adhering to all traffic laws and regulations</li><li>Loading and unloading materials in a timely and efficient manner</li><li>Ensuring accurate and timely deliveries to our valued customers</li><li>Collaborating with the logistics team to optimize routes and delivery schedules</li><li>Conducting regular vehicle inspections and maintenance checks</li><li>Providing exceptional customer service while representing the Hope Concrete brand</li></ul>To succeed as a Concrete Mixer Driver, you'll need:<ul><li>A valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) Class A or B with a clean driving record</li><li>Strong commitment to safety and customer service</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team</li><li>Excellent time management and organizational skills</li><li>Familiarity with GPS navigation systems and route optimization tools</li><li>Schedule varies daily. Typical shifts are 8-12 hours daily with varying early morning start times.</li></ul>At Hope Concrete, we believe in rewarding our team members for their hard work and dedication.
